- July 24-25: South Regional Youth Football Camp
- July 26-27: Evaluation Camp (NOT EVERY AGE GROUP WILL HAVE AN EVAL)- New players evaluated
- Week of July 30th: Player Placement and Notification
- July 29: Douglas County Fair Parade
- August 1: Jersey Numbers and Names submitted - Mandatory All Players
- August 12: Weigh In - Mandatory All Players - TBD
